Equipos de Osmosis Inversa

El ósmosis inversa es un proceso para eliminar partículas muy pequeñas, hasta disueltas en el agua, como sales y minerales.

La parte central del equipo es una membrana semi-permeable. Además lleva prefiltros de carbón y de sedimentos.

Consta de una entrada y de dos salidas: La una salida es para el agua de rechazo, con alta concentración de sales, y la otra salida es para el agua tratada (permeato), con baja concentración de minerales.

Es importante conocer la calidad del agua antes de comprar un equipo de ósmosis inversa, para poder determinar el modelo más conveniente.

Hay ciertos minerales difíciles de eliminar por medio de este sistema, entre ellos el boro, sílice y arsenita (As3).

The Nimbus CIV Series RO Systems have capacity ratings of 2000 to 8000 Gallons Per Day. The CIV-Series features a space-saving vertical vessel configuration with a variety of pump and pressure vessel options. System monitoring is simplified with the integrated TDS and flow meters, standard on the CIV 6000 and CIV 8000 models; optional on the CIV 2000 and CIV 4000. The CIV-Series is also available with stainless steel components for aseptic or extra-heavy duty applications. These heavy duty systems are pre-engineered to handle the most demanding commercial and industrial application.

These heavy-duty reverse osmosis systems are designed for commercial/industrial applications up to 8000 gallons (30,283.3 Liters) per day. The C/I Series from Nimbus comes standard with features other manufactures consider options. A CIP RO system offers you individualized engineering at an affordable price.
The Nimbus engineering staff can provide a custom-designed, turn key RO Water Treatment Plant completely integrated with pre-filter and post-filter treatment systems if required. The CIP-Series provides custom engineering at an affordable price. Standard features include computer-aided array selection, fiberglass pressure vessels with easy-to-access end caps, multi-stage stainless steel pumps with a wide variety of voltages, UL/CSA approved electrical components in NEMA 12 enclosures, pre-wired control panels, stainless steel concentrate and re-circulation valves, low pressure shut-off valves, TDS and flow meters, pressure-rated fittings, and powder-coated steel frames.
